the top of your right arm, to be exact. We went to the Doctor on Monday, and your crazy facial-oil-production biological thing has cleared up as a result of some judicious hydrocortisone application since Saturday. But you got two more immunizations that we hadn't heard of before, and you were perhaps even more displeased than you had been (thank you for your sympathy, Miss Hannah.) We set off for the beach, our first long time away from home, and you have responded well to the fresh air, though the lack of NYC ambient noise seems to be unsettling. You weighed 9lbs 6oz (4.3kg) as of this past Monday.

We took you to the doctor on Saturday for your first immunization shots and to check out some facial oil activity that had gotten out of control. You were immunized for tetanus-diptheria-pertussis (whatever that is) in one leg, and polio in the other. You didn't particularily care for either shot, to be clear. But the Band-Aids/plasters on your legs were nice palliatives. We took this video as you were getting ready for your bath.
