Your first TOOTH showed up!

Dude! We are so excited by the appearance of your first tooth. Now we need to go and buy chicken feet for you! It's a Nigerian tradition; when a baby's first tooth arrives no one says a word, we just simply go out and buy chicken feet! It's for you to chew on... kind of like a dog chewing his bone! Ouch! Horrible comparison, sorry dude, but it's the truth. And I'm sure you'll be thankful when you are sitting pretty, knawing away at the feet and massaging those gums.

(I learn something new everyday. And Mummy tells me that the "feet" are cooked first, so don't trip. Hey, a play on words. I slay myself. Continually. And it looks like FFF Natalia got her tooth in as well. - Pops.)

Wow! I had to enlarge the photo so I could really see your first tooth. I knew all of that chewing on everything had a purpose. Now, about the chicken leg "tradition", Hummmm!
Love you much, Ahna Nafeesa

Hi Kilian. Congratulations on your first tooth; mine showed up yesterday too! I'm still sleeping well and fortunately in the Czech Republic the arrival of my first tooth means Mommy gets a new dress (I don't have to eat chicken bones). Love, Natalia Adeline
