Thanksgiving with 19 people
Your first, and you came through like a champeen. (That's "champion" for those of you not tutored in Pops-speak.) This was one of the many photos we took of you with the Taylor side of your family. From the left, your Cousin Jason, Darth Vader/Pops, your Real Auntie Linda (RAL for short), Mummy, you, and Real Grandad Papa-san. You didn't get any turkey, except via the Nigirish Milk Factory, but you were certainly present. And you seem to like grabbing people's beards.
We also had to raise the stroller that doesn't stroll, in the picture below, because you keep trying to stand up in it, and you made yourself throw-up doing so. Pops did the same thing in college.

I can attest to your alert, playful demeanor during the cacaphony of laughter, multiple voices and many new faces that surrounded you on Thanksgiving day, 2005. It was a very special, first-time gathering, of five (including you)from the Taylor Clan. There were also six (including you) members of the Ahmad-Bey Clan present. Unlike your paternal grandmother's childhood, you will grow up knowing many relatives. That is a good thing. Love you, Ahna Nafeesa
